Common questions

Start with clear expectations.

Final scope and commitments are established in a written proposal and service agreement.

Can Zelen manage an existing network?

Yes, following an assessment of the equipment, configuration, access, supportability, documentation, security posture, and known issues. Remediation may be required before the environment enters ongoing support.

Does Zelen supply and install network hardware?

Zelen can scope hardware, coordinate sourcing, stage and configure equipment, manage installation, test the environment, and provide documentation. Cabling, construction, travel, and local on-site requirements are itemized where applicable.

Does Zelen only support one network vendor?

No single vendor is assumed on this page. The supported technology set is agreed during discovery based on the existing environment, business requirements, product lifecycle, available expertise, and support model.

Is support available around the clock?

Coverage hours, after-hours support, response targets, escalation, and monitoring expectations are defined for each engagement. The page does not assume 24/7 coverage unless it is included in the executed agreement.

Where should we start?

Start with an environment and operating assessment. It creates a current-state inventory, exposes immediate risks, clarifies ownership, and produces a prioritized transition or improvement plan.
